Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final unless an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect. Claims should be submitted promptly to claims@losangeleshash.co with the order number and clear photos where applicable.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, reshipment, or store credit at our discretion. Orders that fail destination review or compliance checks may be canceled before fulfillment.
